We will activate you after booking the telemetry package for the my.SENVEND app.

Please note that you only have access to the my.SENVEND app if you have booked the Telemetry Package.

Create Location & Machines
To use your SENVEND Payment Terminal for your vending machine, you need to set it up in the my.SENVEND app in the first step.
- Click on Machines.
- Select New to create a new machine
- Create a machine. Here you will find more detailed information again, on how to set up your machine in the app. .
- Connect a free terminal.
- Create a location. Here you will learn more in detail, how to set up the location.
- Select a location name and assign a URL (for the public website of your machine).
- Enter the address (street & zip code).
- Enter street (optional) in the top field for display on the public website.
- Fill out help contact (optional). Enter the number that customers should see for contacting in case of issues in the help area. Here you will find out, how to set up the help center for your customers or how you can read and edit your customers' help notifications.
- Now you can create the location simultaneously with machines.
Configure terminal(s)
Once your machine is set up, you can configure your terminal – tailored to your requirements and your machine:
- Select your machine from the machine list.
- Select the appropriate terminal.
- Configure the terminal:
- Upload a screensaver.
- Configure the age verification.
- Note whether the proactive age verification needs to be activated.In proactive age verification, the screensaver is replaced by the "Start Age Verification" icon. This is necessary for machines that do not automatically report to the terminal for age verification..
- Activate Always Idle depending on the machine model.

Produktplanung
Once your terminal is configured, we can configure your vending machine and the products.
- Go to the configuration of the machine for product planning.
- Under Add, you can create the products.
- Under + you can create new products; alternatively, select from existing products.
- In Administration, you can create new products (Administration -> Products).
- Price including optional deposit (deposit included in the gross price) and specify sales tax
- Name the selection (where the product can be found in the vending machine). Here you can also add multiple options if the product is available in several compartments of the vending machine.
- Define the critical stock (optional). Critical stock refers to the point at which a warning should appear that the stock is below the threshold.
- Define the reorder level (optional). This function is useful for packing lists: How far would you like to replenish this product by default?
- Fill out the Maximum Capacity.
- Enter the display number if it is not the same as the selection number. This is necessary, for example, with Sielaff machines, where the display number is not equal to the selection number.
- Save the product.
- Now go to the Inventory.
- Change the inventory values here; restock your machine. You can either fill all products individually or alternatively fill them all at once (by selecting all and then clicking on refill/max value).

This way, you can quickly fill your vending machine with products at the beginning and effectively use the telemetry.
Benutzer- und Rollenverwaltung
In my.SENVEND können Benutzer angelegt und eine oder mehrere Rollen zugewiesen werden. Die zugewiesenen Rollen bestimmen die verfügbaren Funktionen und Bereiche innerhalb der my.SENVEND Telemetrie App.
- Klicke in der oberen Navigationsleiste auf Verwaltung.
- Wähle anschließend in der linken Seitenleiste Benutzer aus.
Neuen Benutzer anlegen und Rolle(n) zuweisen
- Klicke auf den Button Neu +.
- Gib die E-Mail-Adresse des anzulegenden Benutzers ein.
- Klicke auf das Feld Rollen und weise dem Benutzer eine oder mehrere Rollen mit einem Klick in das jeweilige Kontrollkästchen zu.
Einem bestehenden Benutzer Rolle(n) zuweisen
- Klicke in der Zeile des gewünschten Benutzers rechts auf das Symbol
, um den Benutzer zu bearbeiten. - Klicke auf das Feld Rollen und weise dem Benutzer eine oder mehrere Rollen mit einem Klick in das jeweilige Kontrollkästchen zu.
- Sichere deine Auswahl mit Speichern.´
Folgende Rollen stehen zur Verfügung:
Admin hat alle Rechte für den gewählten Betreiber.
Geldkurier Zugriff auf die Bargeldabhebungen und Kassenstand.
Packer hat ausschließlich Zugriff auf die Packliste.
Produktmanager verwaltet den Produktkatalog und Produktkategorien.
Produktplaner plant Produkte an Automaten und bearbeitet Auswahlen.
Steuerberater hat Zugriff auf Finanzdaten und Berichte.
