With SENVEND, you not only have a fully-fledged telemetry system that complies with tax office requirements, but it also offers age verification via face scan.

In addition, there are many other features that make an operator's life much easier, such as:

Currently, SENVEND provides you with a monthly evaluation of all sales. In addition, our telemetry comes with a statistics tool. This allows you to generate your reports for your tax advisor easily and conveniently, as usual.

Yes, the following fees apply when activating a new terminal:

  • €22.50 activation fee per terminal
  • €45.00 onboarding fee for new customers

The SENVEND payment terminal currently supports the following payment options:

    • Girocard
    • Credit cards
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay

We support all common payment methods in Germany and also foreign cards such as American Express, Diners Club and JCB. We ensure that every customer can pay at your terminal.

If you want to upgrade the terminal, everything you need is included in the delivery.

The product comes with the following parts:

    • The payment terminal
    • Mounting frame
    • Mounting screws, including washers
    • MDB Y-cable
    • USB stick including SIM card for data transfer or router with two antennas

After purchase, you will automatically receive an email with the link to the onboarding process.

The entire onboarding process currently takes 14 days, including the activation of card payments.

SENVEND meets the current requirements of the tax office. Tax reports are generated based on process documentation that fulfils the tax tracking requirements for all automated processes.

As soon as a TSE becomes mandatory for vending machines, we will integrate it.

Secure PIN entry is performed directly via the 5-inch touchscreen, which increases user-friendliness and improves transaction acceptance.

This will increase your sales and customer satisfaction at your vending machine.

To ensure maximum flexibility, the SENVEND payment terminal offers the following network connections:

  • LAN
  • Wi-Fi
  • External router (supplied with each terminal)

The creditor ID allows you to make debits from your customer's account, because the Girocard is used to make debits from your account to your customer's accounts.

Yes, you can sell products for ages 16 and 18 and above in your vending machine and check these via the terminal. Whether your vending machine can check one or two different ages depends on the type of machine you have.

When your customers have reached their contactless limit, payments will not be accepted at known terminals, resulting in lost revenue.

Yes, you will receive legally compliant and financially accurate statements every month, which you can provide to your tax advisor.

Yes, cash transactions are also recorded and documented with each transaction.

Yes, all age verification methods (face scan, Girocard, PayPal) comply with German law.

Age verification using facial scanning is recommended by German youth protection organisations such as the Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media and the FSM, and is already used by companies such as Facebook, Instagram and Onlyfans.

Yes! SENVEND does not store any customer data and processes all data on European servers.

The use of the camera is approved by the customer, thus avoiding any data protection issues.

Yes, you can continue to use the DCM5 with many machines.

Yes, you can also use the SENVEND terminal solely as a payment terminal and continue to use your own telemetry.

We can currently offer you the full range of functions with Vendon. With Televend, age verification will be possible at a later date.
