How do you create a HelpCenter text and assign it to a bot?
Variant 1
Option 1, how to create a Help Center text and assign it to a bot:
- Log in to your account on my.senvend.com .
- Click on Machines.
- Select the desired machine.
- Click on Terminal.
- Go to the tab Additional Configuration.
- Click on the + symbol next to the Help Center Configuration dropdown menu.

Fill out the fields:
- Name: Your internal designation for the help text.
- HelpText: The text that should be displayed on the SENVEND Terminal.
- Click on Save.
Now you can assign the Help Center text to an automated system:
- Click on Machines.
- Select the desired machine.
- Click on Terminal.
- Go to the tab Additional Configuration.
- Select your previously created Help Center text from the Help Center Configuration dropdown menu.
- Switch to the Control tab.
- Click on the Transfer Configuration button.
The help text will either be displayed when the screensaver is active and you tap on it, or as a button when proactive age verification or card payment is enabled.

Option 2, how to create a Help Center text and assign it to a bot:
- Log in to your account on my.senvend.com .
- Click on Administration in the menu.
- Select Help Center.
- Click on New +.

Fill out the fields:
- Name: Your internal designation for the help text.
- HelpText: The text that will later be displayed on the SENVEND Terminal.
- Click on Save.

- Select the desired machine.
- Click on Terminal.
