How do you create a HelpCenter text and assign it to a bot?

Variant 1

Option 1, how to create a Help Center text and assign it to a bot:

  1. Log in to your account on​ my.senvend.com .
  2. Click on Machines.
  3. Select the desired machine.
  4. Click on Terminal.
  5. Go to the tab Additional Configuration.
  6. Click on the + symbol next to the Help Center Configuration dropdown menu.
  7. Fill out the fields:
    • Name: Your internal designation for the help text.
    • HelpText: The text that should be displayed on the SENVEND Terminal.
  8. Click on Save.


Now you can assign the Help Center text to an automated system:

  1. Click on Machines.
  2. Select the desired machine.
  3. Click on Terminal.
  4. Go to the tab Additional Configuration.
  5. Select your previously created Help Center text from the Help Center Configuration dropdown menu.
  6. Switch to the Control tab.
  7. Click on the Transfer Configuration button.


The help text will either be displayed when the screensaver is active and you tap on it, or as a button when proactive age verification or card payment is enabled.



Variant 2

Option 2, how to create a Help Center text and assign it to a bot:

  1. Log in to your account on​ my.senvend.com .
  2. Click on Administration in the menu.
  3. Select Help Center.
  4. Click on New +.
  5. Fill out the fields:
    • Name: Your internal designation for the help text.
    • HelpText: The text that will later be displayed on the SENVEND Terminal.
  6. Click on Save.

Now you can assign the Help Center text to an automated system:

  1. Click on Machines.
  2. Select the desired machine.
  3. Click on Terminal.
  4. Go to the tab Additional Configuration.
  5. Select your previously created Help Center text from the Help Center Configuration dropdown menu.
  6. Switch to the Control tab.
  7. Click on the Transfer Configuration button.


The help text will either be displayed when the screensaver is active and you tap on it, or as a button when proactive age verification or card payment is enabled.
