Remote control of the terminal
On the terminal page, you will find colored buttons that are used to remotely control your terminal.
Show Service Screen: This opens the service screen of your app. The service screen offers some test functions and allows you to access the Android settings.
Restart app: This will restart the SENVEND app. The restart takes only a few seconds and can be helpful if you are experiencing issues. Generally, it is advisable to restart the app first when encountering problems and only then contact our service.
Restarting the terminal: With this function, you restart the entire device. The reboot takes up to two minutes, so a quicker app restart is recommended initially.
Screensaver
Here you can load any image onto the screen of your terminal.
The optimal resolution of the image is 720 pixels x 1280 pixels. Please ensure that your images are no larger than 2MB; otherwise, the upload will not be possible.
You can delete the image at any time by clicking on reset selection and then saving.
Age verification
Here you can configure the age verification for your terminal. If you do not see all the listed items, the age verification is not fully activated for you. If you would like to use this, please contact our service.
Age verification Girocard: Activates age verification via Girocard
Age verification PayPal: Activates age verification via PayPal
Age verification document scan: Enables the ability to scan identification documents
Age Verification DCM5: Activates the explanatory video for the DCM5 document scanner
Face scan: The face scan is activated by customer service
Proactive Age Verification: In proactive age verification, the screensaver is hidden and a button to start the age verification is displayed. Many machines cannot inform our terminal that a product with age restrictions has been selected, so the age verification must be started manually.
Dedicated age verification device: With this setting, our terminal emulates a DCM5 document scanner on the MDB bus. This setting is only necessary if your machine does not allow age verification from payment terminals. Never activate it if a DCM5 is installed, as both devices will then stop functioning.

Remote Vend: Activates remote sales. Please make sure to activate it at the machine beforehand. If the machine does not support remote sales, this will prevent the terminal from functioning.
Always Idle: Activates the Always Idle function. With Always Idle, the payment app responds directly. Without Always Idle, the card payment must be activated on the display beforehand.
