Where do I see distress calls and how can I delete them?
- Log in to your account on my.senvend.com .
- You can find help calls at the very bottom of the overview or on the respective machine's dashboard page.
To delete the distress calls:
- Log in to your account on my.senvend.com .
- Click on machines.
- Select the machine.
- Select the Events tab.
- Now delete the events using the trash can icon or change the event status (informational, open, or resolved) using the pencil icon.
- Confirm the deletion or save the event status change.
