How does the payment processing work and who are your partners?


SENVEND

SENVEND is a commercial network operator and your contact person for questions regarding payment processing. SENVEND does not transfer any money to you! This is done by the technical network operator and the cash pooling partner.




Volksbank

The Volksbank is the cash pooling partner, which means that the Girocard transactions are consolidated by the Volksbank. You will receive only one transfer from the Volksbank per day, instead of one transfer per Girocard transaction.


TeleCash

Telecash is the technical network operator and processes the payments.

TeleCash transfers the credit card payments to you and charges you the fees for these payments.

Billing from SENVEND


SENVEND distinguishes between two types of billing:

Billing in the my.SENVEND app:

If you use our telemetry, you will receive monthly statements in the app. The statements serve as tax reports and list all sales.

Invoices and transaction reports:

For the processing of your Girocard payments, you will receive an invoice from SENVEND at the beginning of the following month. The invoice will also include details of your Girocard transactions.

Billing from TeleCash​


TeleCash is responsible for processing your credit card payments.

You can access your statements in the Merchant Online Portal.

Please note that SENVEND does not have access to your invoices from TeleCash. If you have questions about the TeleCash invoices, please contact Telecash directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are two different intervals for the payout:

Girocard: Daily Withdrawal

Credit cards: weekly payout

Your money is managed and paid out by TeleCash. You receive the money from three different banking partners, which is due to the bundling of Girocard transactions and the billing model with American Express.

Debit card transaction: Volksbank eG

Credit Card Transaction: TeleCash

American Express Transaction: American Express

No, we do not have access to your money. All payments are managed and disbursed by Telecash. You have the absolute assurance that only a BaFin regulated company is responsible for your money.

Girocard payments:

Your debit card payments are paid out to you daily in gross, meaning you receive the full withdrawal amount in your account and no fees are deducted in advance. Your fees will be invoiced by SENVEND at the beginning of the following month and collected via SEPA direct debit.

Credit card payments:

Deine Kreditkarten-Zahlungen werden wöchentlich netto an dich überwiesen, dies bedeutet, dass die Abbuchungsbeträge abzüglich der Gebühren an dich überwiesen werden. Am Ende des Monats erhälst du eine Abrechnung von Telecash im Merchant Online Portal. Die Abrechnung musst du dort downloaden, leider kann diese aus Gründen des Datenschutzes nicht via E-Mail an dich versendet werden.

Girocard payments:

SENVEND will invoice you at the beginning of the following month for the fees related to Girocard payments and transaction fees. In the statement, you will find information about your transactions and withdrawals. We are currently working on an overview in the app, which will be available shortly.

Credit card payments:

At the end of the month, you will receive a statement from TeleCash in the Merchant Online Portal. You need to download the statement from there; unfortunately, it cannot be sent to you via email due to data protection reasons.
