You have activated Always Idle or Remote Vend, even though your machine does not support these functions or they are not enabled.

You need to enable proactive age verification, as your machine does not inform the terminal when an age-restricted product has been selected.

If you own a SandenVendo, the age verification in conjunction with a DCM5 only works starting from firmware version 2.58. Update your system software to the latest version.

Without DCM5, you can activate MDB Dedicated Device, then the terminal emulates a DCM5.
