Is the terminal suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the terminal is suitable for outdoor use and is water-resistant.

Is the terminal protected against vandalism?

Yes, the terminal complies with protection class IK08 and is therefore even protected against blows with a small hammer.

What's the best height for a face scan?

The optimal mounting height for facial scanning is approximately 160 cm. If the terminal is installed higher than this, you should use our tilt adapter. If installed lower, some customers may need to bend down slightly.

How can the terminal be mounted?

The terminal fits into the standardized EVA cutout and can therefore be easily installed in most machines.

If you do not have an EVA cutout, you can use our mounting adapter.
