Minimum term only for Payment BasisThe payment basics come with a minimum contract term of 24 months. All other packages can be cancelled monthly – so you can try everything out freely.

Additionally in AustriaIn Austria we also offer payment by Bankomatkarte (Austrian debit card) and age verification via ID Austria.

We keep expandingAs we keep expanding, more country-specific payment and age verification options become available all the time.

Where do I find more information about the packages?
Just click “More information” below the relevant package – all the details are shown there.
Can I try the packages out or is there a minimum term?
Every package except Payment Basis can be cancelled monthly. So you can try everything out freely.
Where do I book the packages?
Payment Basis and Telemetry are booked during onboarding. You can book and cancel all other packages conveniently in our app.
What counts as a transaction?
Every payment is a transaction. Transactions also occur during cash-ups and maintenance work – these are listed as administrative transactions.

Note: an additional 0.02 € applies for every age check with the Girocard.
