Payment processing

Payment processing and statements

Here you will find all the information about who transfers which money to you, when you get it, which fees have already been deducted and where your statements are.

SENVEND does not transfer any money to youSENVEND is the commercial network operator and your contact for questions about payment processing. Your money is paid out by the technical network operator, by the cash pooling partner and by American Express.

We have no access to your moneyYour payments are managed and paid out by TeleCash and by American Express. This means that only a BaFin-regulated company is responsible for your money.

Your partners

Four partners are involved in your payment processing. Each of them has a clearly defined task.

SENVEND

Commercial network operator and your contact for all questions about payment processing. SENVEND does not transfer any money to you, but invoices you for the fees on your girocard payments.

TeleCash / First Data GmbH

Technical network operator. TeleCash processes your payments. The payout of your credit card payments comes from First Data GmbH.

Volksbank eG

Cash pooling partner. The Volksbank bundles your girocard transactions (cash pooling light): you receive one transfer per day instead of one transfer per transaction.

American Express

American Express settles the AMEX transactions independently and sends you the payments itself. The statements come from American Express by post.

Who pays out what?

Your money comes from three different senders. The most important difference: with girocard the transaction fees have not been deducted yet, with credit card and American Express they have.

Switching the payout to weeklyInstead of the daily payout you can switch to a maximum of one payout per week. You then receive your payments bundled once a week. Just send our support team a message to arrange this.

Fees: gross or net?

Whether the transaction fees have already been deducted depends on the payment type. This is the most common reason for questions.

Girocard: paid out gross

Your girocard payments are paid out to you gross every day. You receive the full debited amount in your account and no fees are collected in advance. SENVEND invoices you for your fees on the 15th of the following month and collects them by SEPA direct debit.

Credit card and AMEX: paid out net

Your credit card and American Express payments are transferred to you net. This means the debited amounts are transferred minus the transaction fees. There is no separate fee invoice for them.

Do not mix them upWith girocard the fee invoice comes later. With credit card and American Express the fees have already been deducted from the amount paid out.

Your statements

Your statements are not all in one place. Here is what you find where.

my.SENVEND (app)

If you use our telemetry, you receive statements in my.SENVEND every month. They serve as tax reports and list all sales. You find them under Verwaltung (administration) in the Abrechnungen (statements) menu.

Important for your bookkeepingThe reports serve as the basis for your tax accounting. The fees for card payments are billed separately.

Invoice from SENVEND

For the processing of your girocard payments you receive an invoice from SENVEND on the 15th of the following month. It also contains the details of your girocard transactions.

Zur Rechnung

Merchant Online Portal (TeleCash)

At the end of the month you receive your credit card statement in the Merchant Online Portal. You have to download the statement there – for data protection reasons it cannot be sent by email.

Frequently asked questions

How often do I get my money?

There are two different payout intervals: girocard payments are paid out daily, credit card payments weekly. On request you can switch the payout to a maximum of once per week – just send our support team a message and your payments will arrive bundled once a week.

Who do I get the money from?

You receive the money from three different senders. This is due to the bundling of the girocard transactions and the settlement model with American Express. Girocard transactions come from Volksbank eG, credit card transactions from First Data GmbH and American Express transactions from American Express Payments Europe S.L.

Can SENVEND access my money?

No, we have no access to your money. Your payments are managed and paid out by TeleCash and by American Express. You have the absolute certainty that only a BaFin-regulated company is responsible for your money.

How are the fees settled?

Girocard payments are paid out to you gross every day, so you receive the full debited amount and no fees are collected in advance. Your fees are invoiced by SENVEND on the 15th of the following month and collected by SEPA direct debit. Credit card and American Express payments are transferred net, where the transaction fees have already been deducted.

Where do I get my statements?

For girocard payments SENVEND invoices you for the fees and the transaction fees on the 15th of the following month; the statement contains information about your transactions and payouts. You receive your credit card statement at the end of the month in the TeleCash Merchant Online Portal. The statements for American Express come by post from American Express.

Why does my American Express statement come by post?

American Express settles the AMEX transactions independently and sends you the payments itself. That is why the statements also come directly from American Express by post and not via TeleCash or SENVEND.

Any questions about payment processing?

SENVEND is your commercial network operator and your contact – even when the money comes from a different sender.
