GPE Touch

This setting applies to all GPE vending machines with a touch display.

1. Check the software version and update if necessary.
   ➤ Make sure that at least software version XXX is installed on the machine.
   
   
2. Open the menu 
   
   
3. 
   Payment config
   Open the menu item
   
   
4. Set the following parameters:
   • Always Idle = ON
     
     
5. Exit the menu
   
   
6. Restart the machine
   ➤ Switch the machine off using the main switch and then on again.

GPE with keypad selection

These settings apply to all GPE vending machines that have a keypad and a blue display and no DIP switches on the circuit board.

1. Check the software version and update if necessary.
   ➤ Make sure your vending machine has a blue display.
   
   
2. Open the menu 
   
   
3. 
   Payment config
   Open the menu item
   
   
4. Set the following parameters:
   • Always Idle = ON
     
     
5. Exit the menu
   
   
6. Restart the machine
   ➤ Switch the machine off using the main switch and then on again.
