Integrations & APIs for SENVEND
SENVEND offers several technical ways to connect a terminal or system – depending on whether you want to connect vending-machine peripherals, a POS system, or your own application.
MDB protocol
Connect peripheral devices to the payment terminal via Multi-Drop-Bus.
ZVT proxy
Connect POS systems (ECRs) to the terminal via the ZVT protocol.
REST API
General API for the SENVEND ecosystem – currently under development.
MCP for AI
Connect my.senvend to AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude.

POS integration
ZVT proxy for payment terminals
The SENVEND ZVT proxy is a TCP server through which external POS systems (ECRs) communicate with the payment terminal via the ZVT protocol – the till does not connect directly to the terminal, but to SENVEND acting as an intermediary.
Forwarded
Authorization, refund, diagnosis, abort.
Conditionally forwarded
Registration and end-of-day closing – depending on which side is responsible.
Denied
Terminal management (initialization, reset, password) – managed by SENVEND.
Intercepted
Language selection and age verification are handled directly by SENVEND.
Note
Setup is coordinated together with SENVEND. Please get in touch at api@senvend.com.
Under development
Public REST/gRPC API
A general, public API for the SENVEND ecosystem is in preparation.
Note
No endpoints, authentication method, or other technical details have been published in the repository yet. For specific needs or the latest information, please contact api@senvend.com directly.
